Commented concert

An hour and a half at the piano with some of the genre’s best to analyze the musical universe of one of the jazz greats.

History, anecdotes, humor, technical explanations everyone can understand, and a lot of music because everything happens at the piano.

"What makes me happy is when people come out saying they feel they understand the music better, that they feel smarter, and that they want to give to the work of the musician they have just (re)discovered another listen." Antoine Hervé

Press:

“Of course, this is one of the day’s greatest pianists. But he also plays the "Teacher", a quite uncommon, if not rare, instrument, which allows for a miracle to occur between an art—or a science—and the audience." Citizen Jazz

"Before realizing that the music of Antoine Hervé is intelligent, we’re won over by the fact that it is happy and communicative." Radio France - André Francis

For this second Jazz Lesson, Antoine Hervé sits in front of his piano and tells us the story of saxophonist Wayne Shorter, an intuitive and great musician, and gives us some keys to his most famous compositions.

He is accompanied on stage by saxophonist Jean Charles Richard, one of the French masters of soprano saxophone.

Available in two options :
