Team Building Proposal

Who are we?

Pascale Lef, visual artist, and Antoine Hervé, pianist, composer, and conductor.

We are two highly creative artists with international reputations and extensive careers (see attached CVs), and together we have created original shows that combine musical and visual artistry on stage.

It was while forming our small team that we came up with the idea of proposing the following project to companies:

As part of team-building sessions focused on painting and music, we would like to present interactive modules designed to develop collective creativity, promote interpersonal well-being and internal communication, and improve the company's brand image.

Our areas of expertise:

Developing collective creativity

These artistic activities stimulate innovation and creative thinking, skills that are directly transferable to the workplace. By stepping outside their usual professional environment, employees develop new ways of approaching problems.

Stress reduction and well-being

Painting and music have proven therapeutic effects. It is a rejuvenating break that improves teams' mental health and reduces the risk of burnout, which translates into better productivity in the long term.

Nonverbal communication

These disciplines allow people to express themselves in ways other than words, which can liberate more introverted individuals and create new channels of communication within the team, stimulating innovation.

Creating shared memories

Unlike traditional team-building activities, participants leave with tangible creations (canvases, recordings). These collective works can even decorate the premises and serve as a reminder of this moment of cohesion.

Inclusivity

No prior skills are required, which puts everyone on an equal footing. It is accessible to all profiles, ages, and physical conditions, unlike sports activities.

Employer brand image

Offering cultural and original activities enhances the company's appeal and demonstrates a particular focus on employee fulfillment.
